• Airport pick-up and drop-off from the hotel to Sharjah or Dubai International Airport (DXB) will be subject to charge of AED 75 per car per way, on advance booking basis & subject to availability. The charge for Al Maktoum Airport is 250 AED per way.
• Driver waiting time at the Airport is 1 hour maximum, AED 50 will be charged extra for every 30 minutes extension.
• Airport pick-up & drop will be on designated area by the hotel.

Free Shuttle Bus.

• Complimentary daily shuttle to Dubai Deira City Center as per fixed schedule available in the front desk.
• Complimentary shuttle to Sharjah Mega Mall & back three times per week as per fixed schedule available in the front desk.
• Complimentary daily shuttle to public beach facilities at the Mamzar Beach, provided everyday (except on Wednesdays) as per scheduled timings available in the front desk.
• Access to private beach in Sharjah for a supplement of AED 40 net per person per access including free transportation.

Reservations Amendments
Amendments of guest names for confirmed bookings will be strictly not allowed. Any amendment of guest name or arrival/departure date will be considered as new booking and will cancel previous one.
Cancellation Policy & No Show
For any cancellation received later than 12 am the day before arrival (24h cancellation policy), a one-night room charge will apply. This cancellation policy applies for individual bookings, while group cancellation policy will apply as per a separate agreed group contract.

Check-in / Check-out Timings

• Check-in time is 14:00 hours
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon
• Early Check- In or Late Check Out Applies (contact Hotel for the charges)

Book-Out Policy
The hotel reserves the right to accommodate any displaced confirmed guest(s) in another hotel of similar standard and will transport guest(s) to the facility at no charge and will return guest (s) to our hotel at the earliest date possible.
